Features & Terms

Access

The Self Storage Facility’s main gate has an access control system. The system works in a similar manner to many residential estates. If your mobile number is registered in the system, you will be able to gain access to the Self Storage Facility by dialing the number on the gate. Access is allowed from 06h00 to 18h00 on any day of the week.

If you require access outside of these hours, this can be arranged with us by calling us ( 083 679 2331 / 083 675 5000 ) 24 hours a day. Once inside the self storage facility, only you have access to your individual unit. Each door has a lockable mechanism and you will install your own lock onto the unit. No-one else has access to your self storage unit.

Features & Transport

The Storage facility is fully paved and is kept clean on a daily basis. The Self Storage Units themselves are cool, dry, dustproof and weatherproof all year round & each unit is self contained and has it’s own roll up door. All necessary precautions are taken to prevent / eliminate vermin on the premises.

We also provide quality supervised moving services in collaboration with Move-It Guy ( Guy McAdam – 071 448 3451 ) to assist with your move & ensure that your goods are moved & stored in the best possible way.

Security

Our Self Storage Facility is fully secured. It has a 2 metre palisade fence around it and also has an electric fence from the ground up to approximately 2.5m. There is onsite security 24/7 as well as an armed response service through an Armed Response Company in Hartbeespoort in case of emergency or if the electric fence is triggered.

CCTV camera’s are installed to cover entrance & exit points at the gate. Only authorized tenants are given access to the premises via the gate access system. In addition, access to our safe and security self storage facility in Hartbeespoort is limited to between 06h00 in the morning and 18h00 in the evening.

Rental Terms

Based on your unique needs we have a choice of rental options available for you to choose from including 1, 3, 6 and 12 month initial term (month to month) contracts.

Self Storage Solutions requires an upfront refundable admin fee equivalent to cost of one month rental. This admin fee will be paid back to you once you vacate the Storage Unit at the end of your rental term. Notice of cancellation must be given 20 days before the end of the month in which you wish to vacate your storage unit.
